Since you have missed your period please do serum beta hCG blood test done to confirm pregnancy.

i have some of the symptoms..i am taking blood test tomorrw can i do tomorrw..am i pregnant..i have pcod..in left ovary cyst got cleared..will blood test shows positiv nd correct result

Blood test will show accurate results. Only symptoms cannot confirm pregnancy.
