Brief Answer:
please upload the photo if available
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome back,
First of all, don't worry about HIV, as HIV can't transmit in such fashion...
If you have the photo of the object, then please upload it here so that I can take a closer look...
Also, from your description, it seems that there's no injury(like bleeding from the skin etc.) by touching it, so in that case, you need not worry at all...
Take Care
Kind Regards
please upload the photo if available

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry then
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
No, then you have nothing to worry about...
Do you mean Cataract? Yes, cataracts can certainly alter the vision...If only in initial stages, they might not be even noticed, but as they mature, they can cause blurring of vision, poor color perception, double vision and several other symptoms..
For this, you need to be examined by an Ophthalmologist(Eye Doctor) first to determine the stages and look in to further...

Brief Answer:
it happens due to several reasons...
Detailed Answer:
Hello again XXXXXXX
It happens due to several reasons...including normal aging process too...certain inherited genetic factors are also responsible(as your grandfather had it too), other than that, several other factors (i.e. smoking, alcoholism, pollution, ultraviolet ray exposure) trigger it...
Nothing to feel upset about it, almost every person at some point of their life gets it...
In early stages(like you're having it now), you need to wear eyeglasses to improve vision(if you don't wear any yet, request your ophthalmologist to get one)... along with it, you need to be under regular follow-up with the eye-doctor only(no other doctors in this regard, as it's a specialty under eye-doctor only) from time to time to check on the progression of it...the only effective cure is by getting cataract removal eye surgery(which can be done later on if they develop/mature)...
Meanwhile, eat healthy, fresh anti-oxidant rich foods(organic veggies, fresh fruits), avoid junk foods, drink always plenty of water throughout the day...

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
that's most likely due to the cataract only..
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Yes, that's most likely due to the cataract only, you need to be examined properly by the Ophthalmologist first for further assessment as I've already mentioned earlier.
As I see, your follow-up counter is exhausted, so if you want to ask further, kindly open up another new question thread for any further discussions...
