Question: Sir presently i am taking medicine for sexual weakness,erectile dysfunction and night fall.one of ayurvedic doctor advised to avoid eating eggs.sir kindly advice does eating eggs during this symptoms will affect my health

For stress control, you can do yoga for 30 minutes every day in the morning. In the evening you can do 30 minutes exercises.
There is Ashwagandha capsules in ayurveda which helps to decrease stress. Please discuss this with your doctor and take in recommended doses.
Stop smoking and alocohol drinking. A healthy 2200 kcal diet containing more of green vegetables is good for you.
Please drink adequate water 2 to 2.5 litres every day.
