Is Inhaling Plastic Fumes Harmful?

Question: i accidently inhaled spray paint a few days ago. I have felt cold down nose and throat passages and also on tounge ever since and am thinking it probably went to lungs as well... what should i do?

Spray paint fumes can injure the respiratory and foof tract..jsut take steam inhalation and a short course of antibiotics..also take vit c tablets
it ll take few days for its effect to go but if you face any breathing problems please visit an emergency services
