Is Irregular Heartbeat And Pounding Sensation In Heart A Cause For Concern?
Nothing serious
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
During such movements normal sinus rhythm may be faster for a short period.
But sometimes arrhythmias are also possible. In your age ventricular arrhythmis are not common, and they are not caused by such movements.
Supraventricular arrhythmias can be observed in such cases, but rarely. They are not dangerous.
Most probably you had elevated sinus rhythm, which is normal. Anyway, if you notice that such episodes again, I would advise you to have 24 hour holter ECG monitoring done. It is an examination, when 24 hour ECG is registered with a small device. And your physician will see if there is really any arrhythmia.
Hope I could help you
Wishing you good health

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
Probably it was a short episode of supraventricular tachycardia.
If not frequent it is benign and not serious.
If there will be no other episode, don't worry. If you notice recurrent episodes, I would advise you to have an holter monitoring done, as it it the only method we can detect the exact type of arrhythmia.
Take care
