Is Irregularly Shaped Stool After Treating Hemorrhoids A Sign Of Colon Cancer In A 26-year-old?
Question: Hi Doctor.
I am 26 years old male.
245lb 5"9tall.
I am a hypochondriac for few years now (Anxiety Dissorder) i scared my self all the time saying i have brain,lung,prostate,bladder,liver,pancreas,colon cancer.
Ok starting one year agoo when i eat EXTREME SPICY any time i went to a bathroom there was lots of blood on my poop,i stop eating spicy and there is no more blood on my poop,but when i wipe my self sometimes there is tinny little blood on my toilet paper,i have hemrrhoids i can see and feel them on my anus,my anus gets itchy when i walk.
Since one year i have (Flat stooll,Diarrhea,Pencil Stool,lose stool.)
I read on google about my symptoms and it says i have a colon cancer!! I talk to one doctor who i know he said im to young for colonoscopy.
I have no family histori of colon cancer.
Pleaseeeee tell me much as u can from ur experience how many percent% u think i have colon cancer and how many percent you think i dont have.

Colon cancer usually does not occurs at a tender age of 26. It is usually seen after age of 45-50 yrs. Most likely, all your symptoms are due to poorly managed hemorrhoids and eating habits.
I think that you should start lifestyle modifications. Take proper treatment for hemorrhoids.
I don't think that it could be colon cancer even in the least. However, if you can't control your anxiety then it is not mandatory to go for a colonoscopy, you can go for screening tests also.
A number of screening tests for colon cancer are available.
