Detailed Answer:
Hello,
After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that your symptoms are because of the hypertensive episode which you have just recovered from. So you just need to relax and take proper rest and medication.
Wait for 2 to 3 days and if you still feel the same then you need to get few blood tests done like
1. Complete Blood Count
2. Thyroid function test
3. Serum electrolytes
4. Kidney function test
5. ECG
I hope this information will be helpful and will guide you properly.
Kind regards
