Is It Advisable To Drink Alcohol Twice A Month When Suffering From Fatty Liver?

Question: Hi , I had grade 1 fatty liver changes detected.
My CBc is OK, INR is OK though my SGpt and sgot where high earlier but good now.

I am free from fatty liver too now, can I start back drinking twice a month at least?

Since the fatty liver is resolved and the SGOT and SGPT have returned to normal range, you can drink alcohol( twice a month as asked by you).

But you should always keep in mind that alcohol intake can lead to fatty liver again and over a period of time can lead to chronic liver disease.
