Brief Answer:
Yes you can
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
Since the fatty liver is resolved and the SGOT and SGPT have returned to normal range, you can drink alcohol( twice a month as asked by you).
But you should always keep in mind that alcohol intake can lead to fatty liver again and over a period of time can lead to chronic liver disease.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
