Can i hurt others if I swim in a pool with a pilonidal cysta surgery that I did 11 months ago which has not been healed yet

Well it depends on whether the wound is infected or not . If your wound is infected then there is a slight chance that the water in swimming pool can get contaminated by the microbe infection your wound .

Also there is a possibility that your wound may get further infected due to the bacteria in the swimming pool water.

You can do that .You can use sanitary pads for that. By that you can avoid contaminating pool water but you can't avoid your wound getting contaminated by the pool water.
