Question: Hello
Can i just switch from Brintellix to Effexor ? I have tried Brintellix for 6-7 weeks now and the nausea does not go away. Will the nausea subside ?

Is the nausea related to Brintellix, or is nausea a symptom of anxiety that Brintellix is intended to treat? It would be very important not to confuse these two very different situations.

Brintellix cannot be switched immediately to Effexor, it needs to be cross-titrated slowly and carefully under the supervision of a doctor.
