Is It Advisable To Switch From Cialis To Viagra?

Question: I am to receive a 3 month supply of Cialis 5 mg in 10 days at best. Takes time from UK I understand the long term advantages I understand it is a method to overcome performance anxiety. It also helps a healthy prostrate. I can obtain with either vaigra or cialis an erection It is seldom or predictably strong enough. I have started a regiment of masturbation with the use of vibration. I have a amazing woman who has given me the motivation and suggestions It is difficult. We will see each other again on 2/14. I have many woman who are attractive and interested but it is only this woman who I wish. I do sometimes get a erection without medicine.ie in morning. It is my plan to take for 5 days prior to our liaison 20 mg Cialis in hope for best chance. Would it be better to alternate. Would it be wise to alternate with Viagra? I will exercise and take a daily protein supplement I can not take almonds. Almond milk I am taking. J pouch does not handle VigRX which was recommended. I could take occasionally if you believe it important Any suggestions apprecited

I read your query and understand your concerns.

The half life of Cialis is generally 24-36 hours and it remains effective around 24 hours after taking it.
There is no point in taking it before four days of your expected sexual encounter. Rather than using for three days before I will recommend to use 10 mg on the day of sexual encounter as it will be available in system at the time of requirement.
So in my view taking it on alternate day is not superior to taking it on the need basis.

Similarly alternating it with Vigra is not suggestible. There is no advantage between taking Cialis on as need basis over alternating it with Viagra.

Why ten is a 5mg continues regiment been advised if it does not alter the system I also wanted to know if masturbation for several days will increase the potential chance of success. You have stated with the exception of a physical ailment it should be performance anxiety. If achieving an erection at the time of sex is not strong enough or able to be maintained for an organism with the use of medicine then what. A vibrator was purchased for me by my partner Will its use allow me to overcome anxiety. It has been 5 years since I had a active sex life. Couples counseling is not an alternative

My recommendation to increase Cialis 10 mg was based on the following statement of you which stated "I can obtain with either vaigra or cialis an erection It is seldom or predictably strong enough." Which in other sense you are getting results with both these molecules but they are not sufficient.

In of my previous query I already mentioned that prior masturbation helps in Premature ejaculation but offer no help in Erectile dysfunction. On similar lines it does affect your sexual success chance negatively by entering in resolution phase (after every sexual act man takes variable time to achieve another erection). So prior masturbation is not advisable especially on the day of sexual encounter.

Vibrator may help you as it distracts from the fear leading to reduction in performance anxiety.

I understand but it was a 20mg used for erection. It did not worked as needed. I did have one episode of stiff erection and powerful ejaculation as result of use and masturbation. I understand all your comments but not the question of the daily use of 5mg as to be delivered.

Does a continued use have some type of build up. If the 20 mg the better course of action. What is my best course of action

Probably there is some misunderstanding with my comments.

I mean to say that if 5 mg is not working (as per your statement) than it is advisable to use higher dose as long as it is not causing any side effects. The effective dose range of Cialis is from 2.5 mg to 20 mg per day.

There is no build up theory in Cialis working. It to be taken as needed basis. If somebody have chance of sexual encounter daily he supposed to take it daily. If some body have monthly chance he supposed to take on monthly basis.

There is no use of taking it on intervening days.

On similar lines I do not mean 20 mg is better for a person who is responding to 5 mg. But it is definitely better for a person who is not responding. Ultimately dose is decided by trial and error. If one dose is not working than manipulation of drug dosage is required.

I like to inform you that there is no normal time for any age. It can be seconds to minutes for a young person. Similarly at higher age it an be from minutes to hours. Everybody responds in unique way and they have their own resolution time (able to achieve another erection). In this regard only one thing is clear that older persons have longer resolution time in compare to younger age.

To know your own rejuvenating time it will be appropriate to recall five year back history when you were sexually active. Whatever the time applicable that moment of time will be applicable now for you with slight or no increase.

Only one question I have receieved 5mg cialias. My reaction was to vigra 100 mg which proved successful. In4 days I will attempt a liason. System should be ready. If I take the 5mg cialias until 4 day and then take Viagra do the drugs work in opposition to each other. Would I get better results not using 5mg until day of sex where I intend to use viagra

No, Viagra and Cialis do not oppose each other. They act on similar lines and may help help each other or may not help one. But they do not interfere with functioning of other one.

I think the chance of success is similar if you prepare yourself or not. You can take Cialis for four days or may not take, the ultimate success will be decided by medication which will be in the system at the time of act.
