Brief Answer:
I recommend stopping Hydrochlorothiazide.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would explain that Hydrochlorothiazide leads to increased uric acid levels, as a common adverse effect.
For this reason, I would recommend switching to another antihypertensive drug like amlodipine or losartan and avoid Hydrochlorothiazide.
You should discuss with your doctor on this issue.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
