Is It Advisable To Take A Glass Of Wine Along With Marinol?

Question: Okay to have a glass of wine w/Marinol2.5 mg
Brief Answer:
Yes it is Ok, But keep it to minimum
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. A glass of wine with marinol wont hurt . They are safer together but keeping the alcohol intake to the minimum would be wise as wine itself may trigger vomiting and reduce the efficacy of this antiemetic.
other wise marinol does not interact directly with wine. I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

I had a glass of wine with my Mar. Didn't like result. Should it affect me today? How long does it take to get Mar. out of your system?
Brief Answer:
A week tops
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
Marinol is a very good appetite stimulant and is used in 2.5 mg before night meal and a person can take up to 20 mg if needed. usually 2.5 mg twice a day is enough.
If you did not like the effects, this drug leaves the system within a week. Its half life of elimination is 25 to 36 hours . So it should be completely out of your system with in 7 days tops.
I hope it helps.
Take care
