The medicine Ultracet is a combination of Tramadol-an opioid (narcotic) and Acetaminophen. It is mainly used to treat moderate to severe pain.

Whereas Zerdol-P contains Aceclofenac-a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and Paracetamol mainly used for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain such as toothache, joint pain, and body pain.

Since Acetaminophen and Paracetamol are similar hence they should not be taken at the same time.
