Is It Bad When I Am Experiencing Body Jerks And Tremors While On Lexapro And 5-HTP?

Question: hi i took a dose of lexapro 10 mg yesterday and haven't taken another one today but i did take 5-HTP tonight and I'm feeling very off. when I fall asleep my body jerks and trembles :( is this bad? did I take too much seratoin?
