Is It Because I Was Still Thinking About The Small Wet Feeling On My Arm ?

Question: Two nights ago, when I went to bed to sleep, I felt a small wet feeling on my right arm. As I was trying to sleep, I still couldn’t stop thinking about a small wet feeling on my right arm and I couldn’t sleep until 2 AM. Last night, when I was trying to sleep, I couldn’t sleep until around 3:30 AM or 4 AM. Is it because I was still thinking about the small wet feeling on my arm or is it my mind is still running and couldn’t relax or is it the sign of “Fatal Familial Insomnia”?

I don’t have any more wet feelings on my right arm, but on Sunday night, I had a lot to eat at around 6:30 PM and at about 11:15 PM, I couldn’t sleep until around 3-3:30 AM. Is it because I was overeating too much just hours before going to sleep?

Yes, overeating before bed can sometimes cause sleep disturbance due to dyspepsia.

Since, the wet feeling on the arm is no more, need not worry and lets stop thinking on it .

Wash your hands and arms well before sleep every night, just to avoid any irritant related sensations it it was so in past.

Gross hematuria can be made out by the reddish colour of urine..

If the bleeding in urine is very minimal, a microscopic examination would be needed.
