Is It Dangerous To Consume Meat That's Grilled At High Temperatures After Being Marinated With Sugar?

Question: Hello Doctor
I just want to ask a question about toxic food and safety of grilling.
We use a gas-grill using propane; and usually use the temperature of 150-225 Celsius.
When we grill meat or pork we put it directly on the ribs(grilling plate) and grilling it until its medium or medium+ sometimes we also marinate the meat with grill-oil which contains sugar.
Sugar also makes meat dark, because it burns easily
I have been reading a lot on google about it may be dangerous to grill meat with high temperature and getting dark or burned spots on the meat because of HCA and PHA. and marinating with sugar(usually coconut sugar) makes it a little darker, does this make any health risk ?.
We grill like 3-5 times pr.year and I just want to know, in this quantity is there anything to worry about ?

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Yes it is risky
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So a grolled meat which directly comes in contact of heat n flames lead to the formation of carcinogens and is risky. Consumption of such meat is long run can cause cancer. How much amount of grilling will cause this is uncertain, but direct grilling should be avoided.
Thanks and regards

okey; but how does the body get rid of carcinogens ?
or does getting carcinogens in your body for 1-2 times grilling stay in your body forever and pose a risk for cancer later in life ? ?

Brief Answer:
Hello. Repeated exposure to carcinogen causes cancer
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. So repeated exposure to carcinogen in long run will cause cancer. Just one or two isolated episodes do not cause cancer. Best way to get rid is just to avoid such types of food. Once you have been exposed to sufficient amount of carcinogens, there is no way to cleanse it from the body.
Thanks and regards
