Is It Dangerous To Take Creatine Supplement While Also Getting
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: Is it dangerous to take creatine supplement while also getting PEG through smokeless cigarettes or medications? Creatine is used by body builders to help work muscles extra hard. It enhances cellular metabolic activity, but not too much, because it's not very soluble. But what if PEG solvent is in the body also? Could the solvent increase the amount of creatine absorbed to the point that there might be dangerously too much artificial stimulation of cellular metabolic activity? Is there any record of body builders getting into medical trouble of this kind?

Brief Answer:
Better avoid PEG.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I read the article you attached also and I believe that taking too much creatinine while also having too much PEG is dangerous causing acute renal failure.
If possible avoid products containing PEG and also reduce creatinine dosage.
PEG is known to cause renal damage itself while creatinine also increases kidney work.
Avoid PEG may be useful if you take creatine .
Hope I have answered the question.
