Is It Good To Eat Breakfast After 90 Minutes Of Jogging?

Question: Hello Doc,
I have a simple question for you, but very important for me to organize my life.
My morning schedule goes like this. I wake up at 7am. I go for jog at 7am and then bath at 8am and then meditate at 8:30 and breakfast at around 9:15. That means a gap of around 75-90 minutes between jog and breakfast.
All i wanted to know is, that is a gap of around 90 minutes "good" between jogging and breakfast?? Few places on the internet i read that there should be a maximum gap of 30 minutes between jog and breakfast, due to some scientific reasons. Some website state that a gap of sixty minutes should be the maximum.
I can change my schedule a little bit. I can jog at 7:30am and end it at 8:30 and eat my breakfast by 9:15, that means a gap of around 45 minutes.
I am very confused, PLEASE HELP.
WHAT SHOULD BE THE RIGHT TIME BETWEEN ENDING THE JOGGING AND HAVING BREAKFAST!!! XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query. Ideal time to eat is within 30 to 60 minutes. It is not good to delay till 90 minutes.

When you work out (jogging) your structures in body like bones muscles and joints will be put on stress. So a meal within this time is considered as a recovery meal. If you don't take meals within this time there can be decrease in endurance.

So you can re schedule the time to 7 30-8 30 for jogging and have breakfast at 9 0r 9 15.
