Is It Good To Have Light Dinner Such As Fruits And Butter Milk?

It depends on the BMI
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thank you for posting the query.
It is good to take a light dinner, in comparison to rest of the meals. But its actual composition greatly depends upon individual's BMI and nutritional requirements.
Fruits and buttermilk do not take very long to get digested completely, and may leave you craving for food / energy, during the night. Therefore it is advised that you take vegetable dahlia, vegetable upma, etc with a glass of buttermilk and salad as dinner. Other options are vegetable preparations with skimmed curd.
Light dinner would also include non-fried vegetables and whole wheat breads with salads, fruits, sugar free milk porridge or a single chapatti with sabji and skimmed curd.
Hope this helps.....
