Question: If someone take 8 to 10 thyronorm 100 mcg tablets in a single dose.

It is lethal to take such high doses of thyronom. It can cause cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, excessive sweating and also increased blood pressure. Such an individual has to immediately go to the emergeny room

I am glad that the patient is normal. If the patient is already on thyronorm then I advice to stop thyronorm for 15 days.
I would like the patient to undergo thyroid function test.
I still recommend the patient to be in the emergency room for observation

You can go immediately. You will have to check TSH, free t 4 and free t 3. There are chances that the TSH will be below normal ( over corrected hypothyroidism)
