Is It Necessary To Take Deviry For Missed Period While Trying To Conceive?
Question: hi,
i m XXXXXXX doshi weight 58 kg height 5 age 28 7 husbands age 28married since last 4 years, we are trying to conceive from july 14,
we went to doctor in the month of july 2014 she intially provided with follic acid tablet and duphaston for 10 days in a month. before going to this doctor when were trying for six months and i used to get my period @34 days,this doctor gave this medicine for three month and due to duphaston my period would come @ 30 days. after 3 months she did my dnc in the next cycle and the reports were normal but after dnc my period got delayed, i got my period on day 40 of my cycle, after that she waited for one cycle and in the next cycle she did an hsg test for tubes which also came normal so she went to conclusion that their is problem in ovulation, after hsg test in the next cycle she started with goodova plus from second day of my period and started follicular monitoring i got a dominant follicile on day 14 the of my cycle but it turned in to cycst den she again gave me dhupaston and i got periods on time she did an ultrasound on second day of my period and said that still the cyct is der and so we will have to wait for another cycle and dat month also i had dhupaston for 10days, den this time went to another doctor in andheri he examined me and started with clomipure plus 50 mg (qty2) & ovaccet forte once in a day this time i got a dominant foliicile of 22*16 on day 10 he gave an hcg iu 10000 injection on day 11 and it got ruptured but unfortunately i got my period on day 30, he again started with clomipure plus but this time my follicile didnt grow fast, i had a dominant follicile day 24 of my cycle 19*20 doctor gave me hcg iu 10000 injection and it got ruptured but this time i didnt get period till day 41 i m 10 days late for my period yesterday i went to my doctor he did an ultra sound and said i m not pregnant as my uterus lining is 12 and gave me tab deviry and tab dompam for days from today so that i can get my period but i still feel that i should wait for a week and den staRT WITH THE TABLET??// he also said that from next cycle they will start with injection which i will have to every day for atleast 10 days ..
i very much confugsed AS Doctor said the reason for late period is thin lining, he also suggested for laproscopy treat ment but i dont want to go with any surgery..
is it normal that i one cycle clomipure worked properly and second it didnt fo the time my ed was 7mm is it fine or it should be more please help how i should go further

but i think i should wait till i m late till 14 days of my period and then start again.
my doctor told that with clomipure your making only one egg, so they are suggesting injection in next cycle..
please tell me that is it normal that in first cycle i ovulated with clomipure on day 13 and in second i ovulated on day 24..
i m nt mentally ready for laproscopy..do you think it is required at this stage,
i dont want to go for surgery before i m 30..
please help..my husbands spermatozoa count is 34.6 mill/ml

It is normal to have ovulated late.
Taking one or two injection next time is good and no need to get it daily.
You dont need laparoscopy at this stage.
Try few more cycles of IUI with injections. You have good chances of pregnancy.

in ultrasound doctors can come to know about pregnancy ...
please tell me what should be the utrus lining when ur on day 40 of our cycle..
mine was 12 are there any hope that i can be pregnant..this cycle..
other wise there no point waiting,..i m confused that wheter i should wait or not..
