Hello,

Yes, sometimes one can get cramping pain in the lower abdominal region immediately after sex.Common reasons suggested are muscular over-activity, hormonal effect, overstretching of vagina etc.

In most cases this is short lived.If there are no associated symptoms or progress in symptoms then one need not worry.

Any persistence or progress of symptoms though uncommon would need clinical evaluation.
