Is It Normal To Have Heart Palpitations At Night?
Question: Is it normal to have heart palpitations at night ?
I get heart palpitations almost everyday. They are usually only present at night and last for a few minutes . It also gets worse when I run that day and they are more persistent when I run.
My paramedic buddy hooked me up to an EKG and he said that everything looked fine. I wasn't having any problems at that moment.
Sometimes I get lightheaded a lot, my BP is usually around 92/64.
I usually have some shortness of breath and I almost always get lightheaded throughout the day. No , I have never passed out.
This pass summer I would run and feel lightheaded and also feel like I am about to pass out so I had to stop. I can run a lot but walking up the stair master makes me want to pass out.

Okay! Thank you! I will be seeing a doctor. I am usually never stressed out . So I knew it wasn't stress.
This has been going on for years now,but as I get older I get concerned.
My respiration is usually high too because it feels like I am not getting enough oxygen.
Thank you for your quick reply!!
