Brief Answer:
It is a common side effect.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Since she took iPill on day 4, now the irregular bleeding that she is having is the withdrawal bleeding which happens due to the high dose of hormones in the emergency contraceptive pill.
This is a common side effect of such pills. Her routine period can also be delayed by a few days. Do not worry. This is not indicative of pregnancy.
But I would advise you to use a surer way contraception like oral pills as iPill if taken repeatedly can cause menstrual irregularities.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

When will this withdrawal bleeding stop and do we need any medication for this or will this stop automatically? Is the bleeding happening only because she had ipill during periods?
Also if unprotected sex happens due to condom break or not using, is ipill the only solution or is there a more safe option? Regular contraceptive pills can't be taken because sex happens every 3 months or so not weekly basis.

Brief Answer:
The bleeding will stop on its own.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The withdrawal bleeding will stop on its own. There is no need to take any medicine for it.
The bleeding is because she took I-pill. Whenever she will take this pill, this problem will happen.
I-pill or condom use are the only ways if the sex happens occasionally. Or she can take oral contraceptives in the cycle in which she is expected to have sex.
Hope my answer is helpful.
