Brief Answer:
Such symptoms can happen after surgery.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The symptoms that you are having are related to surgery. The diarrhea and nausea can be the side effect of the antibiotics that are given after the surgery. The vaginal bleeding that you are having can be due to the lifting heavy weight. You need to rest and give your body some time to heal.
The symptoms that you have are within the normal range. The pain in the abdomen can be due to the internal stitches that need at least 2 weeks to heal with rest. The mild rise in temperature can be due to reactive fever caused by weakness and surgery. You can take rest and have a light easy to digest meals. Avoid travelling and lifting any weights.
The symptoms are likely to subside in next few days. In case the abdomen pain is severe and the fever rises with chills then do consult your surgeon for a physical examination.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
