Brief Answer:
It can be normal

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It can be normal of you are lactating your baby frequently.
But cannot be confirmed. Hence I suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test or blood beta hCG test to rule out pregnancy.
If not planning next pregnancy soon, you can think of copper T insertion.

I hope my answer helps you.
Regards
