Brief Answer:
See details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

It is OK to do some physical activity as far as it doesn't cause you pain.
Some pain and swelling is normal and you can use some painkillers. If swelling isn't getting bigger but is going away slowly it is normal.
Having some physical activity such walking is good for you to help recovery.
I don't think you are able for running yet and you may wait until 6 weeks for more strenuous physical activity or lifting weights.
So you can do some physical activity and everyday tasks as they don't cause you pain.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
I believe it is too early for another drainage.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
You can bend and do everyday activity without causing pain.
You have about 12 days from the last draining do I believe that it is too early for another drainage. Anyway your orthopedist knows better about it.
