Question: Is it possible for a 19 year old male to run a 47 s in 400m without the use of boosters just natural nutrition?

Similarly Is it possible for a 19 year old male to run a 1 49 s in 800m without the use of boosters just natural nutrition?

Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
A 19 year old male has much more energy and build up for anaerobic use ( like in sprints) that he can clock such timings you have mentioned.
It will depend on his training and diet. Boosters are not necessary and if he is taking boosters regularly , then he is bound to show side effects like muscle pain , muscle tear etc.
In my opinion a 19 yr old can clock these timings without boosters.
