Is It Possible That Any Bones In The Body Could Bend After A Normal Physical Activity?
Question: Is it possible that any bones in body (arm, hand, etc) or bones in face/head stretch downward or cause any moving downward of bones or any part of bones in face, head, or body (arm, hand, etc)?
Or any change in bone or any part of bone (position, depth, or any other changes) face, head, or body by carrying a gallon of milk by hand?

Brief Answer:
Simple answer is no.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
To the best of my knowledge no bone in the body moves from its position in relation to other bones. It is only relative movement of few millimeters in Extremity bones. As far as the bones in face, head are fixed in nature and do not move.
Carrying a gallon of milk by hand does not cause any displacement of bones. It is coordinated by various muscle and bones in a rhythmic manner so that the weight is carried forward.
If you want any further information, please clarify your question further.
Thanks.
