Is It Possible That The Surgery Messed With My Cycle?

Question:
I had rhinoplasty 3 week ago and my period came early by a week (a few days after surgery). Then it started again when it was due but not normal just spotting for longer than a period would last.
Is it possible that the surgery messed with my cycle? And how long until it gets back on track?

Rhinoplasty, in general do not affect your periods. It could be due to stress that the procedure might have caused. But if you still have any concerns I would suggest you to get USG abdomen and pelvis for clarification.
