Brief Answer:
No, pleural thickening will remain as it is. Mostly it will not clear.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
This is common thing to develop pleural thickening after starting anti tubercular drugs.
Pleural thickening is actually a healing process.
With anti tubercular drugs, fluid gets resolved but inflamed pleural layers adher to each other and form Fibrosis which is known as thickening.
It is actually protective thing. This pleural thickening prevents future development of pleural effusion.
This thickening will mostly stay as it is, lifelong and won't get clear by anti tubercular drugs.
And better to finish 6 months of total anti tubercular drugs even if your effusion is dried up.
This longer duration of treatment is for latent TB bacilli and for prevention of relapse of TB infection.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
