Is It Possible To Achieve Pregnancy With Low Anti-mullerian Hormone?

Hi,
I read your query and I understand your concerns about low AMH.
Following is my reply:
1) Low AMH alone is not an indicator of low ovarian reserve.
2) Please also get FSH done along with AMH on day 2 of cycle.
3) You also need transvaginal ultrasound scan of ovaries to detect number of follicles in the ovaries which is direct visual measurement of ovarian reserve ( Antral follicle count).
4) Ovarian reserve can be assessed by a combination of AMH, FSH and TVS guided antral follicle count.
5) At your age of 31 years, egg reserve cant be very low.
6) Even if it is low, Ovigyn D SR wont help much.

Yes that's surprised my period is very rugalar never be late
It's always on 26-29 day
My doctor did my AMH and ultrasound on 11th day after Ist day of period which results that ovary is releasing very few eggs
So is there is any Chances of pregnancy in this case or not

Bt when I checked with about IVF then she told that's it's not possible with ur eggs it's need donor eggs
My concern is that as I am already 31,so I don't wanna to delay time that when I stop even periods
