Brief Answer:
No chance of pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I can understand your concern.

Your menstrual period started on 1st January 2015 and you had sexual intercourse on 4th January (4th day of your period). This is your history.

There is no chance of pregnancy since you had intercourse on 4th day of your cycle which was not your ovulation period. So nothing to worry.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Can start contraceptive pills

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Yes you can start regular oral contraceptive pills after consulting a doctor.

You need to take pill daily almost same time.

You should not skip pills.

I suggest you visit a doctor who can prescribe oral contraceptive pills after physical examination, gives you instructions and also discuss about side effects.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.

Thank you
