Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and I understand your concern..

As per your history it is showing higher level after 7 days..but usually it is very safe and gets eliminated within 24 to 48 hours..

Elevated gadolinium observed in serum specimens drawn more than 96 hours after administration of gadolinium-containing contrast media is not typical of most patients with normal kidney function and may indicate prolonged elimination of gadolinium sometimes.

I would suggest you to wait for 1 more week and re test the levels also go for a renal function test to see your kidney efficiency.

Till then keep yourself well hydrated,
eat balanced diet
and watch for toxicity symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, loose stools. If you experience any then consult with your physician immediately.

Take care.

Hope this helps,
Let me know if I can assist you further,

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
