Question: I was wondering if a foraminectomy/ facetectomy and a cervicle fusion of one level c-4 c-5 can be done in one procedure ?

It is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for using HCM. If the poster route is selected for surgery, then yes one level cervical fusion and foraminotomy/ fascetectomy can be achieved. Fusion has to be done with 4 screws and 2 rods. If the anterior route is indicated, then can be done discectomy, foraminotomy and anterior fusion with plate and screw.
