Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back in such detail,
I am sorry to hear that this problem is causing you so much difficulty to deal with. But i can assure you that with proper treatment things can get way better.
Your symptoms point towards Benign prostatic hyperplasia... there are a number of options which we have if medication does not work, if your doctor has prescribed you harnal ocas i will ask you to keep using it and see if thy symptoms subside.
If symptoms do not subside and things stay same or worsen ... there is always option of Trans-urethral resection of the prostate (TURP) which is a very safe procedure with great result and without any cut.
You can discuss this option with your doctor as well.
Prostate issues are not really part of Parkinson's disease but sometimes bladder and urination issues can be a part of Parkinson's disease. Your doctor suggested you prostate med it means you have prostate issue, neurological issues because of Parkinson may be there .
SUGGESTIONS:
Meet a good urologist if meds don't work and discuss about TURP and other treatment options.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
