I am totally sure it is lentigen.
I remember your photograph, so new one is not needed.
Actually this is the difference between freckles and lentigens.
Freckles appear only in sun exposed areas while lentigens and appear all over body. So just relax, dont worry at all.

These lunars and the pin point are just a mole (nevus).
you dont need to worry, Just have a watch that these should not increase in number or there should not be any sudden change in size of these lesions.
The sudden changes would indicate malignancy.
