If my gf is bleeding and can not predict whether it is withdrawal or periods, but only bleeding occur that's mean she is safe from pregnancy????

Ok dr. Suppose if any girl get pregnant then there is no actual bleeding can happen in pregnancy whether it is periods bleeding or withdrawal bleeding isn't it??? And my gf having a bleeding may be that was periods or withdrawal bleeding that we can't predict , that means there is no pregnancy, that's why bleeding happen?????please ans
