Is It Possible To Increase Height After 20 Years Of Age?

Question: I am a 20 year old male and I am almost 5th 8in tall,is there a chance that I may still grow taller ?

You are 20 years.
Your height is 5'8" tall.
Though theoritically the growth in the males will stop between 18-20 years,practically i saw many people growing in height even after 20 years.
So,you can grow taller .

Please take good protein diet
Do regular exercise.
As Genetics play a major role in height determination,there is no role of any medicines or treatment forms which increase the height.
