Is It Possible To Increase Height At The Age Of 24?
not at your present age
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
Unfortunately an increase in height is not likely at your age.
Most males would typically stop growing by age 20 , many before this time by age 17, 18.
At the end of the long bones, there is an area called the epiphyseal plate which is involved in adding new bone to the end of the long bones, to increase length and height.
At the end of puberty, this area changes to the epiphyseal line. After this point, no further bone is added and no further growth can occur.
Even the use of hormonal medication such as growth hormone at this stage would not cause this area to start adding new bone again.
Growth hormone, if used before the change can cause increased growth but not after it has become the epiphyseal line.
This means that at your age when the epiphyseal plate would have changed to the epiphyseal line, no further growth can occur

bone thickness can increase now but not length
Detailed Answer:
HI
Height is increased when bone is added to the ends of the long bones in the legs.
This addition cannot occur after adolescence because the area at the end of the bones changes.
After adolescence, medications cannot cause more bone to be added.
If medication is used before the end of adolescence, it would help then but not at this time.
In terms of exercise, yoga and other stretching exercises may help somewhat with posture and optimizing present height but would not cause new bone to be added.
Exercise can increase the density/thickness of your bone at this point but not the length
