First is pic of mole of my wife near to nose and rest two picture of mole on neck of my son. please guide.
Brief Answer:
Go for radiofrequency ablation
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photographs.
The mole on your wife's face is not very big and can be removed easily without much scarring.
The one on your son's neck is bigger but is in a secluded area.
It might cause a bit scarring however the scar will be very light.
I suggest you to go for radiofrequency ablation.
In this procedures lesion can be precisely removed.
Don't worry about doctor.
It is not a big procedure you can get it done by any dermatologist in your area.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

You suggested for Radiofrequency but i am not clear about difference between Radio and CO2. Why do people say CO2 is better and latest technology. Can you please help me to clarify for both these procedurces.
Brief Answer:
Details below
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Co2 is latest technology but it produces LASER waves which produce heat and cut the tissue.
It is bit difficult to control depth as LASER beam is difficult to control.
In Radiofrequency a fine metal probe is used which cuts the tissue wherever touched hence it is easy to control depth.
Let me know if You have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Ok Understood. So in CO2, there are higher chances of scar because it can cut the healthy tissue as well. thanks. I will go with Radiofrequency. Just last thing, scar for the baby will be permanent? Will it increase with growth?
