Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

It is not recommended to increase the dose, because you will get more side effects and no more benefits then this dose.

I would recommend more using Levofloxacin because its a great antibiotic and covers a very wide spectrum of problems. Also start it alone after you finish the recommended course of SMZ-TPM, if you are not getting better with your problem.

What I would recommend though its to not start it unless a doctor recommends it, because if you take it when not needed you will gain resistance and the antibiotic wont work on you.
