Is It Safe For A 12 Year Old To Take Xanax For Anxiety?
Question: Can my 12yo take Xanax to calm anxiety prior to having nitrous oxide for a dental extraction? She weighs 109 pounds, 5ft tall. She has severe gag reflex & vomits the liquid medicine the pediatric dentist tried to give her to calm her. I don't mind contacting her physician but I'll have to make an appt to even talk to Dr.; if it's not a possibility, then I'll end up self-paying for a visit I didn't need. Thanks, in advance, for any guidance.
