Question: I have started muscle building process but i have a poor digestion, like I had to go to poop for 3 times in a day. My gym trainer asked me to take digemax digestive enzyme to support with digestion, as I am eating high protein food. I don have any other medical condition except high triglycerides. Is it safe for me to consume digemax tablet
