Is It Safe Taking Belo Medicines, Azithral Once In A Day For Fever?

Question: Hi, I am down with fever since yesterday afternoon and temp is upto 101 degrees. I am taking belo medicines, azithral once in a day, hifendec twice in day, pan 40 in the morning empty stomach, montek lc once in the evening

Acetaminophen 500 mg 6th hourly is best for fever. No need of hifinec.

Hello sir,
You have not elaborated symptoms you have other than fever. For fever, you don't need to take hifinec. Acetaminophen 500mg 6 th hourly is recommended for fever. Azithromycin is an antibiotic to be used as 500mg once daily for 3 days especially in respiratory infections. Pantop 40 can be used before food.
Please elaborate your other symptoms so that I can recommend further.

Dear doctor
There is no cold and very light cough without phelgum. I will stop hifendec and will start the medicine mentioned by you.I am also taking montec lc in the night, hope that’s ok.

Problem is my fever is going down only for 2-3 hrs and again i am feeling the same 101 degree type fever.
