Brief Answer:
No need for aquaphor or anything else
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Topical steroids can cause local reduction in inflammation, and hence you saw a quick response. peeling of skin is commonly seen and indicates shedding of damaged epithelium. Generally steroid ointments are harmless, so do not worry.
As you are prescribed by a doctor who has seen your problem, and that you have responded well, stop worrying. keep the skin over there clean and that is all you require (No need for aquaphor or anything else). you see everything back to normal in a week or two.
All the best.
