Is It Safe To Dissolve Trazodone Under The Tongue?

Question: Does it hurt to disolve 100mg of Trazodone under your tongue. I take 100 mg at bed time only for sleeping. When I eat before bed I dissolve under my tongue to assorb because food keeps from assorbing. So is it ok to dissolve under tongue.
