Brief Answer:
As long as no bumpy roads or lifting heavy bags

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Usually first and last 3 months of pregnancy are considered unsafe for travels especially on uneven roads. During pregnancy, flights are much safer than any type of bus. Long travels in bus are to avoided. Flight travel would have been a better option. Hence, take precautions.
