Is It Safe To Have Chamomile Along With Sleepy Time Tea?
Question: Is sleepy time tea ok for my child who is 12. Has chamomile, etc... The holiday break has i terrupted their sleep pattern
I think you should not make him aware of sleeping aid use in this age ..make him go to bed early and make him make up early one or two days would be hard and pattern will turn back to normal if he gets used to sleep aids in 25 yrs of age he may well be using sleeping pills

Hi,
Thanks for writing back,
It's my pleasure that it made sense to you,
Actually it’s a matter of daily observation for us that kids who get exposed to sedatives ...with time they find shelter in them whenever they are tens, anxious can't sleep they chose the easy way ..And with time they fall into this habit of drug use so as long as they are away from meds that effect brain functions, it great, our body works best when it works according to its own physiology and natural patterns.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health!!
Thanks for your trust.
